About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our fleet operations by ensuring compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations, conducting drug & alcohol testing programs, and managing MVR reviews and collision investigations. This role is critical to maintaining safety standards and ensuring accurate reporting to regulatory agencies.
You will work closely with other members of the autonomous driving validation operations to institute a culture of safety and compliance, supported by a robust strategy, systems and processes for ensuring the highest levels of safety and compliance across our Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and maintain MVR reviews for all drivers to ensure compliance with company and DOT standards.
- Lead and document motor vehicle collision investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Administer and oversee the DOT drug & alcohol testing program (urine, breath alcohol), including random testing and audit readiness.
- Prepare and submit DOT/NHTSA reports and maintain accurate compliance records.
- Support safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Provide training and guidance to drivers and staff on DOT safety requirements.
- Collaborate with fleet management to identify risks and implement corrective measures.
- 3–5 years of experience in transportation safety, compliance, or fleet operations.
- Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and NHTSA regulations.
- Experience with drug & alcohol testing protocols and compliance documentation.
- Familiarity with collision investigation methods and reporting standards.
- Deep understanding of safety regulations, standards, and best practices applicable to vehicle transportation operations (AV sector preferred; Fleet/Mobility/Logistics/Operations considered)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance tasks.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent safety certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present at all levels within the organization
- Outstanding leadership / organizational skills with a track record of managing complex functional interactions
- Ability to scale-up the processes, standardize across multiple sites
- Right to work in the United States of America.
