Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $50,000 - $59,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

In this role, you will
- Provide advanced support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals across Windows and macOS environments
- Deliver white-glove support within tech lounges, executive spaces, and conference rooms
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end issues including OS, VPN, application compatibility, and device performance
- Support and maintain conference room technologies, ensuring reliable meeting and collaboration experiences
- Diagnose and resolve printer and peripheral-related issues across multiple locations
- Partner with network and server teams to provide on-site (“hands and feet”) support for infrastructure activities
- Leverage ITSM tools to log, prioritize, and resolve incidents while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
- Utilize endpoint monitoring tools to proactively identify and address performance or user experience issues
- Support device lifecycle activities including imaging, provisioning, configuration, and asset management
- Contribute to process improvements and maintain accurate technical documentation to enhance service delivery

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- 3 years of experience supporting enterprise desktop environments in a fast-paced setting
- Strong expertise in macOS and Windows troubleshooting and support
- Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and endpoint monitoring tools (e.g., Nexthink)
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and modern device management tools, Intune, Jamf, and Entra/Azure
- Proven ability to troubleshoot across hardware, software, and basic networking issues
- Experience supporting corporate desktop environments or tech bar / walk-up support models
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into clear updates for end users
- Ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple concurrent issues with a user-first mindset
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Nexthink Analyst Certification
- Experience supporting AV systems and conference room technologies
- Exposure to infrastructure environments (network/server support)
- Experience in high-touch, customer-facing IT support environments
