About The Role
As a Gen AI Technical Documentation & Business Analyst, you will make an impact by enabling enterprise adoption of AI-assisted development tools through high-quality documentation, process optimization, and data-driven insights. You will be a valued member of the AI & Engineering Enablement team and work collaboratively with developers, QA teams, product owners, and AI specialists, and clients.

About The Role
As a Gen AI Technical Documentation & Business Analyst, you will make an impact by enabling enterprise adoption of AI-assisted development tools through high-quality documentation, process optimization, and data-driven insights. You will be a valued member of the AI & Engineering Enablement team and work collaboratively with developers, QA teams, product owners, and AI specialists, and clients.
In This Role, You Will
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge assets for Gen AI coding assistant tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex)
- Analyze business and system requirements to support the implementation and adoption of Gen AI development tooling across engineering teams
- Define, document, and optimize process workflows for AI-assisted coding, including SDLC integration, governance, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation
- Perform system and data analysis to identify optimization opportunities, ensure data integrity, and support AI model usage and performance tracking

What You Must Have To Be Considered
- Experience in technical documentation, business analysis, or similar roles within software engineering or AI/technology environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes and experience supporting developer workflows
- Experience working with Gen AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or similar AI-assisted development platforms
- Ability to analyze business and system requirements and translate them into clear documentation and process flows
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across engineering, QA, and product teams
- Experience defining governance frameworks or best practices for AI-assisted development
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI model documentation, and usage guidelines
- Familiarity with data analysis and performance tracking for AI/ML models
- Experience working in Agile or product-driven environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
