As a Lead Business Analyst – BI, System Analysis & API/Platform Integration, you will make an impact by driving data-driven decision-making, enabling secure system integration, and optimizing enterprise platforms through advanced business and system analysis. You will be a valued member of the Enterprise Data & Integration team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, engineering, security, and product teams, and clients.

About The Role
As a Lead Business Analyst – BI, System Analysis & API/Platform Integration, you will make an impact by driving data-driven decision-making, enabling secure system integration, and optimizing enterprise platforms through advanced business and system analysis. You will be a valued member of the Enterprise Data & Integration team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, engineering, security, and product teams, and clients.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead Business Intelligence and reporting initiatives, developing executive dashboards and delivering actionable insights using tools such as Power BI and Python
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for enterprise systems aligned with strategic objectives
- Support ServiceNow migration and SecOps integration, documenting end-to-end workflows, deliverables, and process changes with strong focus on governance and compliance
- Drive API integration and security initiatives, working with engineering and security teams to enable scalable and secure interactions using platforms such as Akamai or similar
- Lead API management and onboarding efforts using Apigee, defining proxy policies, reusable components, and standardized integration patterns across LOB applications

What You Must Have To Be Considered
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Lead BA in enterprise environments, with exposure to BI, system analysis, and integrations
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and programming languages such as Python for data analysis
- Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements across multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience supporting ServiceNow implementations/migrations and SecOps integration
- Experience working with APIs and integration platforms such as Apigee, including API lifecycle management and onboarding
- Experience working with API security platforms such as Akamai or similar
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security best practices within enterprise environments
- Familiarity with data architecture, system integration patterns, and scalable platform design
- Experience driving process improvements and defining standard operating models
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured documentation
