- Translate sprint user stories into scalable Anaplan solutions and deliverables
- Lead business demonstrations, capture user feedback, and implement enhancements
- Design and implement data integrations using Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO), REST APIs, and cloud technologies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support integration requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during Classic-to-Polaris migrations
- Develop functional, technical, and SOP documentation for end users
- Support UAT execution and go-live readiness activities

What You Will Need To Be Considered
- Strong expertise in Anaplan model design and development, with deep understanding of PLAN standards to ensure optimal performance
- Proven experience in Classic to Polaris migration, including issue identification and resolution
- Solid knowledge of ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) and FP&A planning processes
- Experience managing Anaplan roles, access, and security models
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan workflows and ADO capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams
- Anaplan Solution Architect Certification
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
