We’re looking for an Associate Client Services Manager to join our growing Client Success team in New York. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who’s eager to break into AdTech and learn how to deliver world-class client support. You’ll work closely with our senior CS team members to understand how Cognitiv plans, activates, and optimizes campaigns across our deep learning DSP.
For the first few months, you’ll support day-to-day client operations, reporting, and campaign setup while shadowing seasoned CS Managers. Over time, you’ll grow into owning your own client relationships and driving impact across multiple verticals.
What You’ll Do
- Support client success and campaign delivery. Assist senior CS Managers with campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting. Learn how to translate complex performance data and technical concepts into clear, actionable client insights.
- Collaborate and learn. Partner with internal teams across Sales, Insights, and Campaign Strategy to ensure flawless execution and a great client experience. You’ll also have a dotted line to a senior mentor (Natalie) who will help guide your ramp-up.
- Grow into client ownership. Within 6–9 months, you’ll begin owning smaller accounts, preparing presentations, and managing the day-to-day communication and reporting for your clients.

- Tech-savvy and data-minded. You’re familiar with DSPs, SSPs, or analytics tools and have a basic understanding of campaign planning or buying. Experience with Salesforce or similar tools is a plus.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 USD Base Salary Range
