Control Engineer

We are working with a leading Systems Integrator with a national reputation for delivering high-quality automation and controls solutions across critical industries. With the launch of a new Houston office, we are seeking an experienced Control Engineer (3–10 years) to join their growing team and help shape the future of this exciting new location.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver end-to-end control system solutions, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming.
• Execute projects across industries such as Oil & Gas, Water/Wastewater, Power, and more
• Provide on-site start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting support.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure technical excellence.
• Contribute to the technical leadership and growth of the new Houston office.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–10 years of experience in automation, controls, or systems integration.
• Strong proficiency with PLC platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
• Experience with HMI/SCADA development (Ignition, Wonderware, FactoryTalk, or similar).
• Solid understanding of industrial networks & protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, OPC, etc.).
• Ability to manage projects independently and support junior engineers where needed.
• Willingness to travel regionally for projects and client support.
