We’re looking for a driven Installation Sales Manager to grow a systems integrators electrical installation business across the U.S.
In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities and building relationships to closing deals and handing projects off for execution.

What You’ll Do
Drive Growth & Build Pipeline
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow installation revenue
- Identify and pursue new opportunities (capital projects, upgrades, maintenance programs)
- Expand relationships within existing accounts to uncover repeat and multi-site opportunities
Manage Customer Relationships
- Build strong relationships with plant leadership, engineering, and project teams
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts
- Conduct regular meetings to understand customer goals, challenges, and upcoming projects
Own the Sales Process
- Lead discovery, solution development, and proposal creation
- Collaborate internally on scope, pricing, and scheduling
- Present proposals, manage negotiations, and close deals
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with engineering, operations, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution
- Lead smooth handoffs from sales to project teams
- Share customer feedback and market insights internally
Manage Pipeline & Performance
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM
- Track key metrics (opportunities, win rates, revenue growth)
- Provide regular updates to leadership
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience (industrial, construction, electrical, or related fields)
- Proven success selling complex, project-based solutions
- Strong ability to build relationships and close multi-stakeholder deals
- Understanding of project-based work (labor, materials, timelines, change orders)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience in electrical contracting, automation, EPC, or system integration
- Familiarity with electrical installation scopes (power distribution, controls, MCCs, etc.)
- Experience using CRM tools and data-driven sales processes

Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
