Coggins Auto Group is growing, and we’re looking for an Accounting Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys being an important part of a busy dealership team.
This isn’t just a data-entry desk job. You’ll play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly while working alongside a supportive, down-to-earth team that values reliability, accuracy, and positive energy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks
- Working in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook daily
- Entering and organizing financial and dealership data
- Supporting reporting, paperwork, and document management
- Helping maintain accurate records and smooth office operations
- Working closely with multiple departments in a team-focused environment

- Comfortable using Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed

- Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience required
