CWS Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER) / ED Nurse Manager for a 13-week assignment in Templeton, CA. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic emergency department setting with leadership responsibilities.
Pay & Package Details (36 Hours):
- Weekly Gross: $3,327.00
- Hourly Taxable Rate: $44.00/hr
- Weekly Taxable: $1,584.00
- Weekly Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,743.00
- Overtime Rate: $66.00/hr
Assignment Details:
- Location: Templeton, CA
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Days (EXEMPT)
- Start Date: ASAP
Unit Overview:
- Emergency Room (ER) / ED Department
- Leadership-focused role (Nurse Manager level)
- Fast-paced, high-acuity patient environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience (Required)
- Master’s Degree (Preferred)
- ER Manager experience (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of recent ER experience
- Must have worked in ER within the last 3 months
- Five years’ technical experience (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital experience (Preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Certifications Required:
- BLS / CPR (Preferred)
- ACLS (Required)
- National specialty certification in nursing or leadership (Preferred)
License:
- Active California RN License (Required prior to start)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Emergency Department
- Provide high-quality patient care in ER setting
- Lead and support nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
