Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through structured prospecting, cold calling, and targeted outreach
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with residential and commercial clients
- Manage assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication, service accuracy, and timely follow‑up
- Oversee the execution of sold jobs to confirm alignment with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards
- Conduct routine property inspections to verify service quality and identify improvement opportunities
- Evaluate existing accounts for potential service enhancements and upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, job details, and sales activities within company systems
- Collaborate with operational teams to support efficient job scheduling, service delivery, and process improvement initiatives
- Prior experience in outside sales, cold calling, or lead‑generation‑focused roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a structured schedule
- Comfortable working outdoors and visiting client properties regularly
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and commitment to high‑quality service
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
