We at Coforge are hiring for ServiceNow DPR Tech Lead with the following skills:
- Assess existing Release Management processes and DPR configuration and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Compare current implementation against ServiceNow OOTB capabilities and best practices and define a targeted remediation roadmap.
- Lead solution design by mapping business requirements to ServiceNow platform capabilities, including DPR, Change, and DevOps integrations.
- Conduct requirements, scoping, and design workshops; ensure clear documentation and alignment.
- Provide hands on technical leadership, including development of complex configurations (Business Rules, Script Includes, integrations, workspaces, portals).
- Configure and optimize DPR modules, including release templates, tasks, approvals, and governance.
- Serve in a delivery assurance role, overseeing design, development, testing, and quality of all deliverables.
- Create and deliver executive ready assessments, recommendations, and demonstrations.
Must Have Skills & Experience
- Hands on ServiceNow development experience delivering complex enterprise solutions.
- Deep expertise in Change and Release Management.
- Strong experience with Digital Product Release (DPR), including DevOps integration and DPR configuration.
- Proven ability to perform best practice assessments and current state evaluations.
- Ability to translate business needs into pragmatic, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
