Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a domain expert and solution lead for hospital and healthcare provider engagements, with a strong focus on caregiver and clinical environments.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital executives, clinical leaders, nursing leadership, and operational stakeholders.
- Leverage deep understanding of caregiver workflows, clinical operations, and hospital ecosystems to identify challenges, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive solution discovery and shaping, grounded in real‑world provider and caregiver pain points.
- Identify and articulate growth opportunities across hospital environments, including clinical operations, workforce optimization, digital enablement, automation, and data‑driven solutions.
- Partner closely with sales, account, and solutioning teams to translate domain insights into compelling solution narratives and pursuits.
- Influence client strategy and solution direction through domain credibility rather than formal delivery authority.
- Build relationships beyond traditional IT stakeholders, including nursing, care delivery, and hospital operations leadership.
- Contribute to thought leadership and points of view on caregiver experience, care delivery optimization, and hospital transformation.
- Ensure solution concepts are practical, compliant, and aligned with healthcare regulatory and operational realities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience working with healthcare provider organizations, particularly hospitals or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of caregiver and clinical workflows, hospital operations, and provider business challenges.
- Proven experience in a domain‑led, consultative role focused on opportunity identification and solution shaping.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through domain expertise and credibility.
- Experience supporting account growth and expansion in partnership with sales and leadership teams.
- Ability to engage effectively with clinical, operational, and business leaders in provider organizations.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to connect caregiver realities to scalable, differentiated solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Nursing, clinical, or caregiver background (strongly preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare IT services, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to solution areas such as application services, digital health, data & analytics, automation, or care delivery optimization.
- Experience operating in regulated healthcare environments, including privacy, compliance, and data protection requirements.
- Background in shaping solutions related to caregiver experience, workforce optimization, patient flow, or clinical operations.
