Role: Finance & Accounting Specialist (SAP)
Location: Fort Worth, Dallas, TX
Mode of Hire: Full Time
Skills Required:
• Strong F&A process knowledge: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting, etc.
• Strong functional experience working on SAP (hands-on)
• Airline or travel industry experience is a significant plus and will be highly valued
Essential Qualification and Work Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting (or related discipline); professional certifications are a plus.
• Hands on SAP ECC (FI/CO) user experience in day to day finance operations (e.g., AR, AP, Fixed Assets, GL close, Reporting).
• Familiarity with airline finance processes and month end cadence; ability to execute transactions with discipline.
• Exposure to S/4HANA UAT/support (user role) during transformation programs is desirable.
• Strong Excel and documentation skills; comfort with SOPs, reconciliations, and audit readiness.
• Communication & stakeholder management to work with business users and program teams across onsite and offshore.
