Coforge is seeking a highly accomplished Data & Technology Executive Advisor to partner with the Head of Data and senior Technology leadership within a leading Wealth & Investment Services organization.
This role is ideal for a former CTO, CDO, Chief Data Architect, Head of Data Strategy, or senior Data Transformation leader who combines executive advisory capabilities with deep technical expertise. The successful candidate will help shape enterprise-wide data strategy, governance, modernization, and AI-ready data foundations while serving as a trusted advisor to business and technology executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise senior Data and Technology leaders on Data Strategy, Data Governance, and Enterprise Transformation initiatives.
- Define and influence enterprise-wide data strategy, governance, architecture, and modernization roadmaps.
- Provide strategic guidance and hands-on expertise in BNY Data Vault (Mandatory) and enterprise data platforms.
- Drive enterprise data governance capabilities, including Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Stewardship, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Lead data modernization, cloud data platform, and data transformation initiatives.
- Establish AI-ready data foundations to support advanced analytics, automation, and future business growth.
- Influence executive decision-making, technology investments, and enterprise operating models.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to position data as a strategic enterprise asset.
Required Qualifications
- 20 years of leadership experience in Data Strategy, Data Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Data Modernization, or Technology Transformation within Financial Services.
- Deep expertise in BNY Data Vault (BNY Vault) – Mandatory.
- Proven experience advising and influencing CDOs, CIOs, CTOs, and executive leadership teams.
- Strong background in Wealth Management, Brokerage, Custody, Asset Management, or Investment Services.
