We at Coforge are hiring for Desktop Support Specialist with the following skills:
- Provide Level 2 technical support to end-users through various channels, including in-person, phone, and remote assistance.
- Provide clear documentation in tickets and escalate to the appropriate support team or vendor where needed.
- Build and image computers for new users or replacement PCs.
- Follow standard Incident Management & Service Request processes and help maintain our Knowledge Base.
- Purchase desktop hardware & software.
- Create and update Active Directory accounts.
- Application deployment.
- Leverage 3rd party vendors to resolve issues & fulfil requests.
- Support onsite office technology including printers, cameras, displays, etc.
- Rotating on-call support on weekends.
