Pay Rate: $17/hour (W2)
Schedule: Any shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, with flexibility to work Saturdays as required
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to provide high-touch support for consumer banking customers. The role involves handling a high volume of cases across multiple communication channels while delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and messaging channels
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of customer cases efficiently
- Support escalation handling for Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a subject matter expert on consumer banking products, services, and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with client onboarding processes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and company policies
- Maintain strong organizational skills to meet SLA timelines
- Adapt quickly to product, service, and process changes
- Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience
- 3 years of banking or financial services experience preferred
- Knowledge of consumer banking products and regulatory guidelines
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be flexible to work shifts between 8 AM – 8 PM EST and Saturdays as needed
