We’re seeking a creative-meets-analytical Content Marketing Manager who loves turning ideas into campaigns that actually perform. If you’re fluent in HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro or Enterprise, have a knack for punchy, persuasive copy, and aren’t afraid to jump into design tools to bring ideas to life, this role has your name on it.
This Content Marketing Manager role is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves type of role where strategy and content development meet execution. You’ll plan, create, and optimize content across all marketing channels to drive leads, nurture prospects, and strengthen our brand voice and visibility. You’ll take point on content creation and management in Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro, including marketing communications (Marcom), automation, and lead nurturing, and contribute to B2B marketing and Demand generation initiatives, SEO content optimization, and marketing analytics/reporting.

CoFi’s marketing team supports both of CoFi’s business arms — CoFi Lending, which provides construction financing solutions for builders, and CoFi Software & Services, which delivers the technology that streamlines construction loan portfolio management, draw processing, and project visibility.
Key Responsibilities (Content Marketing, HubSpot, Adobe)
Core responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution
- Plan and co-manage a content calendar spanning blogs, emails, social posts, and gated content
- Develop messaging aligned with brand voice, campaign goals, and customer journey
- Write and edit marketing content: email nurture sequences, sales collateral, social media posts, blogs, and one-pagers
- Optimize content for SEO and AI-driven search (AISO)
- Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging
HubSpot Marketing Hub (Pro or Enterprise)
- Build and optimize workflows for automation, lead nurturing, and re-engagement
- Manage audience segmentation, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and campaign tagging
- Develop and analyze email campaigns, landing pages, and calls-to-action (CTAs)
- Track performance through custom dashboards, reporting, and A/B testing
Visual Content & Brand Presentation
- Create and edit basic design assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and the HubSpot CMS (e.g., infographics, social media graphics, PDFs, Marcom templates and copy, digital ads, whitepapers, case studies, etc.)
- Collaborate with contracted resources such as designers or freelancers, industry partnerships, for larger creative needs, as needed/determined
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables and touchpoints
Collaboration & Campaign Management
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Marketing Ops to support GTM initiatives
- Build and distribute content across channels, including digital ads, external email campaigns, social media, and HubSpot CMS
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements

In your first month, you’ll:
- Deliver consistent, high-quality content aligned with pipeline and campaign goals across all active channels
- Make a trackable contribution to growth in qualified lead volume and engagement from content-driven efforts
- Contribute to cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams
- Be a steward of unified and professional brand presence across platforms
Required Experience & Skills
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, and 5–8 years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing (B2B preferred)
- 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro or Enterprise, Content Hub is a plus
- Proficient to advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator, or InDesign)
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, optimization, and workflow efficiency while maintaining brand and compliance standards
- Strong copywriting and editing, design, and storytelling capabilities
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities
- Portfolio demonstrating email campaigns, social media copy, sales enablement content (I.e., whitepapers, case studies, or infographics, etc.), digital ad content, blogs, and any other content marketing asset you feel effectively showcases your work
(Bonus: Experience integrating HubSpot with demand gen platforms, familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms, basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ubersuggest)
