Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Inside Parts Sales role located in Aurora, IL. The responsibilities for this role include assisting customers with parts inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and managing inventory. The role requires effective communication with customers and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication and Sales abilities
- Experience with Volvo, Cummins, Isuzu, Ottawa/Kalmar and/or GM is a bonus
- Experience looking up parts by VIN utilizing catalogs
- Experience with CDK software is preferred
- Additional language capabilities other than English highly preferred
- Experience in Inventory Control and managing parts stock
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software for inventory, sales, and customer management
- Knowledge of automotive parts and industry practices is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training related to automotive parts is beneficial
