WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (a.k.a. MAKING IT RAIN):

• Answer phones, talk to real humans, and help them book their move like a legend.
• Drop moving quotes like it’s hot (and accurate).
• Prep contracts, process payments, and make customers feel like VIPs.
• Coordinate schedules, handle special requests, and keep everything running smooth AF.
• Follow up after moves like the customer service superhero you are.
• Basically — be the friendly, organized voice people trust during one of life’s biggest transitions.

WHO YOU ARE:

• 2 years of inside phone sales experience (You know how to close deals and take names).
• Energetic, positive, and a customer service vibe-master.
• A multitasking machine who stays calm under pressure and loves a good checklist.
• Detail-obsessed and reliable with a sprinkle of competitive spirit.
• You’ve probably been called “the glue” or “the go-to” in every job you’ve had.
• Not afraid of a busy day and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

THE DEETS:

• Full-time: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• One Saturday every 3 weeks (because movers gonna move!)
• Paid training. Real support. Room to grow.
