About the role
As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead product engineers in creating impactful experiences that assist students from enrollment to job placement. This hands-on role involves both management and technical contributions.

- Lead teams to deliver impactful outcomes, remove blockers, improve processes, and steer continuous improvement.
- Develop engineers through feedback, development plans, and opportunity matching.
- Foster a high-trust, mission-driven team culture.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Operations to align project goals.
- Contribute to the codebase, focusing on engineering quality and system evolution.
