About the role

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for enterprise accounts, including training sessions and user activation
- Design and iterate onboarding programs with tools like SQL and cloud platforms
- Independently manage technical integrations without engineering support
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring confidence in solutions provided
- Deliver product insights to the development team based on field observations
Ideal Candidate
- 4–8 years of experience in technical account management, program management, or similar client-facing roles
- Robust technical background, particularly with SQL, and strong intuition for product development
- Experience in developing onboarding programs, ideally within startups or as a founding hire
- Based in or willing to work in San Francisco’s Financial District on-site five days a week
- Executive presence with strong interpersonal skills to engage senior client stakeholders
Traits to Avoid
- Pure customer service management backgrounds without solid technical integration skills
- Lack of initiative to develop new programs; candidates should have a keen sense of ownership
- Unwillingness or inability to work on-site in San Francisco
