Job Overview
Coffee Studio is a quality focused neighborhood cafe in downtown Cary. We care about proper espresso preparation, milk texturing, drink consistency, and friendly hospitality. We are looking for friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Pay
Base pay $10 to $12 per hour plus tips.
Most team members earn approximately $17 to $20 per hour total compensation.
Schedule
Part time and Full time available
Morning Shift - 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Evening Shift - 1:00 PM to approximately 6:30 PM depending on closing duties.
Weekend availability is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, matcha drinks, and brewed coffee with consistency and attention to quality.
- Take customer orders and operate the POS register while providing friendly and efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, including the bar, prep areas, dining area, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies and keep the bar and service areas ready during busy periods.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work as part of a team to create a welcoming experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Barista or cafe experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are extremely important for this role.
- Team oriented and positive attitude.
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
