About us
Our goal is to provide customers with an outstanding experience at our coffee shop with delicious (in-house roasted) coffee, sandwiches and locally made pastries. Our mission is to create an environment where customers can "Relax and put the world on pause for a while".

Must be available for open to close on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There will be more hours in addition to these two days, but these two days are a must.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea.
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including cleaning tables, counters, busing bins, dishes, and equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food and beverages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service- Use POS system (e.g., Square POS) to input orders and process payments
- Practice time management to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs
- Efficiently execute closing procedures at the end of the work day,
Requirements
- Must enjoy Espresso based drinks.
- Must have experience dialing in an Espresso Machine.(Manual Espresso Machine, Gravimetric Grinder, EK43 Single Dose Grinder)
- Previous experience as a barista is required.
- Detail oriented on cleaning and closing.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
