Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and hospitality
- Engage warmly with customers, providing friendly, attentive service that exceeds expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following proper sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately
- Ensure all food safety protocols are adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
- Keep the work area organized, stocked, and hygienic throughout your shift
- Assist in training new team members on customer service techniques and operational procedures
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices are preferred
- Ability to gain familiarity with POS systems for quick and accurate order processing
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards and following health regulations at all times
