What You’ll Do
- Create and serve handcrafted coffee and espresso drinks with care and precision
- Provide warm, attentive service to everyone who walks in—whether they’re new or a regular
- Keep your space clean, organized, and inviting
- Use our POS system to ring up orders and handle transactions
- Support your team and pitch in wherever needed to keep the café flowing smoothly
- Learn and grow—barista experience is great, but we’re happy to train the right person
What We’re Looking For
- Someone with a love for people and making them feel welcome
- Friendly, positive energy—even during a rush
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Experience in coffee, food service, or retail is helpful—but not required
- Reliability, integrity, and a team mindset
Schedule & Availability
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow in your role depending on your availability. Shifts are daytime only, we are closed Sundays and close early on Saturdays.
