Job Summary:
The Gatehouse Attendant at the Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course is responsible for delivering exceptional service to all guests and visitors as the first person to interact with guests upon their arrival. This role involves greeting guests and answering questions, keeping records of arrivals, and working as part of the greater golf course team to ensure smooth operations day-to-day.
We're looking for people who are friendly and enjoy interacting with anyone and everyone, and those who like to work as part of a greater team to create an unmatched experience for guests visiting our resort and golf course.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide guests with information about the course, amenities, rules, and policies
Team Collaboration
- Communicate via radio with Caddie Master and Guest Service team
- Work closely with other departments on daily operations, tournaments, and events.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work weekends/afternoons/holidays
- Knowledge of golf is helpful but not mandatory

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
