The Coeur d'Alene Denture Clinic is seeking a licensed denturist to join our well-established practice in beautiful North Idaho. For over 45 years, our clinic has proudly served the greater North Idaho community, earning a reputation for exceptional patient care, precision craftsmanship, and personal attention.
Our clinic specializes exclusively in full and partial dentures, relines, repairs, and implant attachments, with all appliances fabricated on-site in our fully equipped laboratory. We offer a 24-hour turnaround and maintain a consistently full schedule. A full caseload is ready for the incoming denturist
About the Practice
- Independently owned, community-focused clinic
- Two treatment rooms and a full in-house laboratory
- Analog denture workflow with option to gradually implement CAD/CAM technology
- Current Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Strong referral base
The Opportunity
This position is ideal for a denturist who takes pride in detail-oriented work and values meaningful patient relationships. The incoming denturist will have the opportunity to partner with the new owner in continuing the clinic's high standards of care and helping guide the practice into its next phase of growth.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate:
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered denture care
- Demonstrates excellent attention to fine detail, including color, shape, and esthetics
- Has strong manual dexterity and craftsmanship skills
- Is interested in helping transition an established analog workflow toward CAD/CAM technology over time
- Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive, patient-focused team culture
Qualifications
- Current Idaho denturist license, with no negative actions (or ability to obtain Idaho denturist license)
- Ability to obtain malpractice insurance
- Solid understanding of the analog denture fabrication process
- Two (2) years' experience as a licensed Denturist preferred
- Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients
- Knowledge of removable dental appliances and tooth anatomy
- Ability to read, understand, and follow prescriptions (RX)
- Experience using hand tools, molding equipment, and bench fabricating machines
