SUMMARY:

Performs multiple tasks to maintain hotel rooms in a clean and orderly manner. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete all rooms to highest quality and required specifications daily.
• Ensure guest rooms pass inspection.
• Transport laundry to laundry room.
• Submit lost and found items to laundry room at end of shift.
• Inform lead of any deep cleaning needed.
• Return dishes to dish room as required.
• Greet customers in hallways in a friendly manner.
• Other projects and duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

• Ability to obtain a Coeur d’Alene tribal gaming license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience proficiently cleaning guest rooms preferred. 

Skills/Knowledge:

• Excellent customer service skills required. 
• Must be able to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task required.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and organization skills required. 
• Must be able to closely follow detailed instructions and established routines with minimal supervision.
