We’re partnering with a rapidly growing and highly respected consultancy that is looking to bring on a Technical Lead Developer with strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle HCM. What You’ll Do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance Oracle HCM solutions
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to developers on the team
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and quality standards in all deliverables
- Contribute to architecture decisions and project planning
What We’re Looking For
- Strong, hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Solid full suite knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and their ecosystem
- Proven background in technical development and solution design
- Ability to lead, mentor, and support junior and mid-level developers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
