As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll partner closely with leadership to drive financial clarity, support strategic decision-making, and influence how performance is measured across the organization. This role is ideal for a sharp, motivated analyst who wants deeper ownership, broader visibility, and a clear path toward future leadership.
What you’ll do as Senior Financial Analyst:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain complex financial models that guide decisions on revenue growth, cost structure, capital allocation, and long-term planning
- Analyze and interpret financial data, distilling key insights and presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Build a scalable financial framework that enables P&L owners to identify growth opportunities and optimize investments
- Lead portions of the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and cross-functional alignment
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and business teams to deliver weekly and monthly management reporting packages
What you need:
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan is strongly preferred
