Codeworks is an IT Services firm headquartered in SE Wisconsin, known for our strong commitment to quality and for our direct client relationships.Who We’re Looking For:We’re seeking a Junior Process & Systems Analyst (Procure-to-Pay / Intake-to-Pay) for a 3-month contract with a high likelihood of extension and potential conversion to hire at an Associate level. This is an individual contributor role supporting our client’s Intake-to-Pay (I2P/P2P) processes and systems. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excels at critical thinking, problem solving, and communication, and can partner across the organization to improve process efficiency and data quality. This position requires 3 days/week onsite in downtown Milwaukee, WI.Responsibilities:Monitor and manage the I2P/P2P system (primarily Zip) to ensure requests route correctly; troubleshoot issues/bugs and resolve stuck workflows.Document data mapping between systems supporting I2P/P2P.Generate ad hoc reports and recurring reporting to support governance and improve data quality for purchase requisitions, POs, contracts, and supplier information.Analyze budget, spend, and cost outputs to help business partners understand financial impacts and trends.Support system configuration and provide input on how configuration enables business processes.Build strong cross-functional relationships (e.g., Law, Risk Assurance, Procurement, and business partners) to drive process efficiencies.Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives in supplier-related processes.Collaborate within a highly interactive team during a transitional period; align workflow with the Manager and System Admin.Qualifications:Must HaveDemonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and build automation to address them.Ad hoc reporting experience with strong comfort in data extraction and synthesis.Strong analytical skills, including analysis of multifaceted business processes and requirements.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (PivotTables, lookups, complex formulas); working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.Nice to HaveCategory management process experience.Data mapping experience across enterprise systems.Exposure to Power BI (foundational knowledge is sufficient).Familiarity with Zip (P2P tool) and SpendHQ (dashboarding). Experience with other P2P fundamentals is acceptable.Prior Procurement exposure in any capacity and/or manufacturing environment experience (often helpful given complexity).General1–4 years of experience (internship or entry-level acceptable).Bachelor’s Degree in Business, MIS, MITM, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.Strong stakeholder skills: ability to build trust and communicate effectively with customers and partners.Proven flexibility to manage changing priorities and work on concurrent assignments.Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making using limited information in fast-paced environments.Individual contributor role—no people management responsibilities.About Codeworks: Codeworks has over 25 years of experience serving Fortune 1000 companies in Wisconsin as well as our client's national locations.
