Top Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role supporting system implementations or process improvement projects.
• Proven experience (5 years) in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Demonstrated success (5 years) collaborating across diverse teams including vendors, IT professionals, and business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management.
• Experience with grant management systems or enterprise software implementations.
• Background in system integration projects involving financial systems.
• Familiarity with public sector operations, policies, or funding processes (state or federal).
  
  

Work Model:

• Candidate must be a Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate prior to the start date (relocation at the candidate’s expense).
• This is a hybrid position, requiring 1–2 onsite days per week in Madison, WI, depending on project needs.
• On remote days, the candidate must maintain high-speed internet (at their own expense) to support efficient collaboration.
  
  

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $43 and $45. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
