Location: REMOTE IN WI, MUST CURRENTLY HAVE WI RESIDENCY
The Certified Project Manager III will provide project management support for the Preschool Development Grant, overseeing and tracking budget status, grant deliverables, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. This senior-level role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple large, complex, cross-functional projects with enterprise-wide impact.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource assignments.
Monitor daily project execution and track key milestones.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and resource needs.
Facilitate communication across stakeholders and leadership teams.
Enforce project management processes and methodologies across the IT organization.
Perform quality reviews and escalate issues as needed.
Partner with program managers and senior leadership to prioritize initiatives aligned with enterprise goals.
Qualifications
Certified PMP or completion of a recognized project management curriculum (certificate required at submission).
10 years of project management experience, including managing large, complex initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, resource management, and change management techniques.
Experience managing projects across multiple technologies and functional areas.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
