In this role, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, Administrators, and business stakeholders to build secure, high-performing solutions across Salesforce and integrated enterprise platforms. You will contribute to technical decisions, improve platform scalability, and help deliver reliable capabilities in a complex business environment.
Experience with Financial Services Cloud, nCino, and enterprise integrations is a strong plus.

What To Expect In This Role
- Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Enterprise Integrations: Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and other enterprise applications.
- Solution Architecture: Develop scalable, secure, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and development standards.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Agile Delivery: Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Code Quality & Testing: Perform unit testing, code reviews, regression testing, and deployment validation to ensure high-quality releases.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain solution designs, data models, integration specifications, and other technical documentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate technical options, manage expectations, and collaborate with business and third-party stakeholders to resolve complex challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4/5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce Security Model.
- Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD deployment tools.
- Familiarity with tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with testing, code reviews, deployments, and production troubleshooting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with nCino.
- Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
- Background in banking or financial services.
- Experience with DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification.
