Job Summary
As the Program Manager at Code Ninjas, you will play a critical role in ensuring an exceptional experience for both parents and students. You will oversee front-desk operations, support day-to-day center activities, manage parent communication, and support the center’s team of instructors (Senseis). Your goal is to maintain high levels of satisfaction while supporting the center’s business operations and team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet and engage parents, students, and prospective families with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries—both in-person and via phone/email.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs and curriculum to explain offerings to parents.
- Address and resolve concerns in a timely and effective manner, escalating when necessary.
- Manage parent relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Operations & Management
- Assist in the management of daily operations of the center, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Monitor class schedules, student progress, and attendance tracking.
- Support scheduling and training of part-time staff (Senseis).
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and Code Ninjas brand standards.
Sales & Outreach
- Support sales and enrollment efforts by conducting center tours and explaining program benefits.
- Help manage trial sessions and assist with marketing events (open houses, camps, etc.).
- Track enrollment data and assist with monthly reports and metrics.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, education, or team management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems; experience with CRM or scheduling tools is a plus.
- Passion for working with kids and promoting STEM education.
Preferred
- Previous experience in an educational or enrichment program environment.
- Leadership experience or supervisory responsibilities.
- Knowledge of coding concepts (not required, but helpful).
- Car to communicate with the center, flexibility to support other sister centers, and local partnership and events
Work Hours
- Monday through Saturday
- Off Thursdays and Sundays
- Shifts 12:00 to 6:30 PM weekdays & 10 AM to 2 PM Saturdays
