Warehouse Associate - 7:00AM-4:30PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping HVAC products while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and inspect for damage
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and/or forklifts
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist customers at the counter when needed (as applicable)
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
• Experience with HVAC products is a plus, but not required
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems and order processing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
