The firm is seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented professional to join its Operational Due Diligence (ODD) team within the Investor Relations group. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of investor relations, operations, and compliance serving as a primary interface between the firm and its sophisticated global investor base.
The ODD team plays a critical role in building and maintaining investor confidence by providing transparent, rigorous insight into the operational infrastructure underpinning the firm and its funds. The successful candidate will bring intellectual curiosity, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine commitment to client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a principal contact for incoming operational due diligence requests, delivering clear, comprehensive, and timely responses that accurately reflect the firm's processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate and actively participate in investor meetings, calls, and on-site visits, ensuring all queries are addressed with accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage and lead projects to strengthen and evolve the team's operational infrastructure, with particular emphasis on data integrity, systems efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with internal groups including risk, compliance, finance, legal, and operations to gather, validate, and synthesize information required for investor communications and due diligence responses.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of client service processes, templates, and documentation to ensure best-in-class delivery standards.
- Monitor the evolving ODD landscape and proactively update materials and procedures to reflect emerging standards and regulatory developments.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline; advanced qualifications in finance, accounting, law, or a related field are welcomed.
- A minimum of seven years of relevant professional experience, with a background spanning operational due diligence, investor relations, accounting, fund administration, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated fluency in reading, interpreting, and communicating financial statements and fund-level financial information.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the capacity to manage large volumes of complex information while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with sophisticated institutional investors, allocators, and consultants.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with proven experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a demanding environment.
- Familiarity with alternative investment structures including hedge funds, private equity, or similar vehicles is preferred, though candidates from broader financial services backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Salary : $200,000 - $275,000
