Key Responsibilities

  • Produce daily, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for internal teams and external clients.
  • Conduct multi-level performance attribution (equity, fixed income, multi-asset) using industry-standard methodologies.
  • Leverage FactSet for performance calculations, attribution modeling, portfolio analytics, and report automation.

  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, risk teams, and operations to investigate performance anomalies or data issues.
  • Assist with the implementation and enhancement of performance tools, workflows, and reporting infrastructure.

  • Strong understanding of performance methodologies (time-weighted return, money-weighted return, Brinson attribution, fixed-income attribution, benchmark analysis).
  • High proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables; VBA a plus).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex analytical insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Experience with portfolio accounting systems, data warehouses, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with GIPS standards.
  • Experience using Python, SQL, or BI tools for data automation and visualization.
  • CFA or CIPM designation (or progress toward one).

Personal Attributes

  • Highly analytical with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative investment environment.
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and committed to delivering accurate results under deadlines.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to optimize workflows and reporting processes.
