Coda Search is partnering with a fast-growing consumer goods company based in Brooklyn, NY. With a brand that's quickly gaining momentum with customers nationwide, the company has delivered strong year-over-year growth and continues to expand its footprint across the US. The team is looking to hire a Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, will play a key role in managing the month-end close and enjoys building out processes and procedures that scale with the business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the month-end close process, including balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
- Manage multiple entities and prepare intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Oversee fixed assets and manage depreciation schedules
- Utilize Excel to analyze expenses and highlight variances
- Review invoices and resolve vendor issues
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and prepare journal entries
- Support the annual audit by preparing schedules and serving as a liaison with external auditors
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
