Our client is a Private Equity Firm that invest primarily in Real Estate and Real Estate related investments, currently seeking to add a highly motivated Analyst/Senior Analyst to their growing Acquisitions/Investments Team. This opportunity is very well suited for a Real Estate professional who has passion for Investing and is looking for end to end deal exposure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deal analysis/ transaction execution (must possess superior modeling), origination, underwriting, and management of senior real estate debt investments across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and underwrite commercial real estate debt investments
- Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities
- Create detailed financial analyses utilizing both Microsoft Excel and ARGUS to evaluate prospective and existing investments
- Manage property cash flow models for leasing activities, capital expenditures, market leasing assumptions and capital markets assumptions.
- Review of company financials performance, attribution analysis, financial review, and creation of detailed models.
- Create cash flow models, sensitivity tables, rent roll analyses, and other financial analyses required to evaluate, pursue, and close debt investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment Committee Research presentation materials
- Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing process with Senior Management/Board of Directors
- Prepare investor communications, including but not limited to financial forecasts, reporting and financial estimates
- Support potential acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis
- Work with Compliance, Legal and Marketing Teams
- Oversee back-testing of investments analytical framework and cash-flow forecasts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years Valuations/Asset Management or applicable (Private Equity/Real Estate) experience
- 2 years of professional experience mandatory
- Top Academic pedigree
- Real Estate Asset Management strongly preferred
- Advanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
- ARGUS Modeling experience required
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $125,000 - $185,000
