The organization has discretionary capital and is looking for a Senior Associate to play an integral role in sourcing and closing a high volume of acquisitions of industrial assets in key logistics markets in the Northeast.
Responsibilities include:
- Deal sourcing and screening
- Working with brokers and sellers
- Market research
- Modeling and underwriting
- Due diligence
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Tracking and refining investment strategy
- Working closely with platform leadership
Ideal candidates will have 5 years of industrial real estate acquisitions experience.
