The team is seeking to hire a Property Accountant who will oversee a variety of commercial properties, including preparing the monthly financial reporting packages, managing the GL, variance analysis, and assisting with the annual audit. It is a dynamic company that is extremely well-funded and has a high-performing portfolio that has shown fantastic growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
- Prior experience in real estate a plus
- 3 years experience required
- Strong month-end close/GL experience
- Excellent excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, pivots)
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
