Knowledge Management Attorney: Private Equity, Hedge & Alternative Funds
New York City based, Top-Tier Law Firm
Our client, a leading NYC-based law firm is seeking a Knowledge Management Attorney with deep experience in private equity, hedge funds, credit, and other alternative investment fund formation. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys building best-in-class knowledge resources, optimizing workflows, and helping drive AI integration and innovation across a premier funds practice.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain model fund documents, playbooks, and market guides
- Support PE, hedge, credit, real estate, and hybrid fund formation teams
- Track and summarize key regulatory developments (SEC, ERISA, tax, AIFMD)
- Partner with innovation teams to implement AI tools for drafting, clause libraries, and workflow automation
- Enhance KM systems and streamline fund launch processes
- Train attorneys on templates, tools, and AI-driven solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of fund formation experience (PE, hedge, credit, or alternatives)
- Strong drafting skills and understanding of market norms and sponsor/LP dynamics
- Interest or experience in legal innovation, AI tools, and KM systems
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- J.D. from a top law school
