Coda Search is proud to partner with a growing, well-capitalized firm to find an Enterprise AI Platform Manager. You'll own the AI tools employees rely on every day, from who has access to what it costs and how well it's used.

Location: Miami, FL - Hybrid

Base Salary: 120,000-140,000 Bonus

What will your day look like?

Run the platforms: Keep chat assistants and AI coding tools running smoothly, including users, permissions, and single sign-on.

Be the go-to for AI tools: Take requests and issues from colleagues and work them through to resolution.

Follow the money: Find spend that isn't earning its keep and recommend changes that save money without slowing people down.

Arm vendor decisions with data: Keep a clear record of how the tools are used, especially as pricing shifts toward pay-per-use.

Tell the story in numbers: Show who uses what, what it costs, and the value it delivers.

Support responsible AI use: Help put usage policies into daily practice.

Work across the business: Collaborate with colleagues in other functions as needs arise.

Who are you?

You've administered AI tools at scale: You've owned the admin side of a leading enterprise AI assistant or AI coding platform, beyond being a power user.

You manage software spend: You've tracked usage and cost, and you can point to savings you found and delivered.

You make data easy to act on: You produce reporting a business leader can read and act on.

You think in guardrails: You've helped turn access rules or usage policies into everyday practice.

You like building as you go: You're comfortable shaping a function while it grows.

Bonus points: SaaS management tooling or experience with pay-per-use software pricing.
