Coda Search is partnering with a real estate firm with offices located in NYC. This is a fantastic firm that is at the forefront of commercial and residential real estate in the NYC market. The team is seeking to hire a Benefits Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of benefit data, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, and ensuring all benefit-related transactions are processed accurately. This individual will support benefit billing, reconciliation, compliance, and system maintenance, while working on several special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct recurring audits of enrollment files, payroll deductions, employee eligibility, and vendor data to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze large data sets in Excel and create customised reports for leadership
- Assist with the creation of dashboards through Power BI
- Review benefit invoices and contribution data, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Ensure benefit programs remain accurate and up to date across all corporate and property-level employees.
- Review and validate monthly benefit invoices and support reconciliation across carriers, payroll, and the general ledger.
- Monitor benefit expenses and assist in preparing financial documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in benefits operations, HR or Finance
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced NYC environment supporting both corporate and property teams.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
