We are partnering exclusively with a leading global full-service alternative asset management firm to find a high caliber Consultant Relations Associate. With over $280bn AUM and investment strategies spanning private equity, credit, real estate, and infrastructure, this is a platform with genuine scale, breadth, and brand recognition in the market. Sitting within the Investor Relations team, you will support the Global Head of Consultant Relations and the broader consultant relations coverage team across business development and client service. You'll act as a key link between investment teams and the consultant community, helping to drive engagement, maintain relationships, and ensure the firm is well-positioned across major consultant platforms.
Responsibilities
- Supporting senior coverage professionals with consultant relationship management, tracking engagement activity and outcomes
- Coordinating due diligence meetings, presentations, and events with institutional consultants
- Preparing high-quality marketing materials, presentations, and reports for consultant audiences
- Conducting research on consultant databases and platforms to identify distribution opportunities
- Maintaining up-to-date fund and platform data across consultant databases
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor positioning, and regulatory developments
- Collaborating cross-functionally with investment, product, and sales teams
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, investor relations, or a related finance role
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong quantitative skills; financial analysis or accounting experience a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities; you can distil complex information clearly
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce, Preqin, or similar platforms is a bonus
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Series 7 & 63 licensed, or willingness to obtain within six months of joining
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
