A rapidly expanding private equity real estate investment firm is looking to hire an Asset Management Analyst to join its growing team of 20 professionals. This position is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to build expertise in financial modeling, valuation, underwriting, and portfolio analysis.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-depth due diligence on investment opportunities and portfolio assets.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF and scenario analyses, to evaluate performance and returns.
- Prepare materials and present findings, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and the Investment Committee.
- Assist in managing all phases of transactions, from evaluation through closing, working closely with senior executives and board members.
- Draft and support investor reporting, including financial projections, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Provide analytical support for acquisition decisions through quantitative and statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Legal, Compliance, and Marketing.
- Monitor performance of past investments through back-testing and refining cash flow assumptions.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in advisory, consulting, research, valuations, private equity, real estate, or investment banking.
- Strong academic background with a focus in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
- Prior exposure to corporate development, M&A, or transaction advisory preferred.
- Advanced financial modeling and technical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex analysis for senior stakeholders.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
