Coconut Stock Corp. is a leading supplier of custom-branded premium coconuts for hotels, events, and lifestyle activations. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, developing new business, and driving revenue growth within the hospitality and events sector.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Understand client needs and recommend customized coconut products and service solutions
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotes
- Close sales and consistently achieve assigned sales targets within designated territories
- Enter, track, and manage all day-to-day sales activities, client communications, follow-ups, and opportunities within the company CRM system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, client communication, and pipeline status
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and Marketing team to support sales initiatives and campaigns
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities
- Attend industry events, tastings, and trade shows to promote Coconut Stock products
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within hospitality, events, or food & beverage
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals while building long-term client relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM systems for daily activity tracking, pipeline management, and client reporting
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Based in or willing to work within the Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach area
- Knowledge of hotels, resorts, event planners, and lifestyle venues is a strong plus
