What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Supervisor position at Cocola Bakery & Pastry?
The shift supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of our Storefronts. Shift supervisors are in charge of ensuring staff has arrived to work on time for their shift, managing the breaks of staff members, assisting and coaching team members in their various duties, handling and resolving any customer service issues, and maintaining the appropriate atmosphere in accordance with Company Guidelines.
* Previous experience with Coffee Shop / Cafe Management
* Extensive knowledge of Espresso Drinks
* Positive, "Can - Do" approach to customer service and hospitality.
* Ability to think on your toes and lead the team in a fast paced, high volume environment.
